Here at Trans Alliance, we truly believe we have the hardest working-professional drivers Delivering Confidence to our customers day in and day out. We’d like to challenge our employees to assist in finding more drivers with these qualities to join our team, and are offering to award employees a $4,000 referral bonus for doing so.
$4,000 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM
No one knows our business, equipment, and customers better than you the driver or employee. Trans Alliance is giving you the opportunity to earn extra money by bringing on new experienced drivers. You know what type of driver it takes to succeed at Trans Alliance; therefore, you can be our best recruiter to better our company.
Drivers that refer a new driver will be given the opportunity to assist in training your new recruit in conjunction with our Safety Dept, and mentoring them long after the initial hiring.
Payment schedule for the Referral Program
(You must be employed and under a load to receive payment)
- $1,000 – 1st Payment – First payroll after hire of referred driver.
- $1,000 – 2nd Payment – 30 days from hire date of referred driver.
- $1,000 – 3rd Payment – 90 days from hire date of referred driver.
- $1,000 – 4th Payment – 180 days from hire date of referred driver.
